Terms of Service
The rules for using KREOVIAN AI Studio and what you can expect from us.

1. Your account
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
Accounts may be suspended if they are used to attack the platform, other users or third parties.
2. Ownership of generated projects
You own the specifications, prompts and source code produced in your workspaces. KREOVIAN claims no ownership over your projects.
You are responsible for reviewing generated code before running it in production, including licensing of any dependency it introduces.
3. Acceptable use
Use of the platform is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Breaching it may result in immediate suspension.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance. Usage is metered per resource and shown in your workspace.
Plan entitlements are granted only after a payment provider confirms the transaction server-side.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You can export your source at any time; keeping your own backups is recommended.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.
